Abstract

In 1864, Maxwell developed a theory and equations for the examination of non-ionizing radiation released from broadcasters and computers. Based on the technological development in communication science, it was necessary to identify the Impacts of communication exist towers within residential areas, despite as services to the human environment., Wasit Governorate was selected as acase to study the towers of the three companies (Zain, Cork and Asia) distributed randomly without the application of standards that would reduce the environmental risks of the future or future, and Which is a group of diseases that may accompany certain age groups without others, such as the impact on visual impairment and brain, especially for the age groups of less than 10 years because of the speed of impact of electromagnetic waves compared to older age groups, while other signs appear on the human over time, such as Alzheimer's and insomnia, These factors have been studied in addition to the natural factors that have also played a role in increasing the energy of non-ionizing radiation sent and received between the tower and the mobile phone, in addition to dealing with other factors such as population factor and Geographical distribution towers and spatial variability and the extent of their adjustment to the presence of the towers near residential areas and the results reflected in the mobile phone service in Wasit province, a model population response.
