The Kurdish people lived through a period of long history, like other peoples, through stages of prosperity and times of weakness, but the Kurdish personality formed an important link in the economic renaissance at that time, and this in turn led to the remarkable progress of the Abbasid state.
The geographical location in terms of heavy rains and the abundance of fertile lands and pastures made agriculture, with its plant and animal production, the backbone of the economies of the Kurdish emirates. Its summer and winter.
Agriculture was also of great importance to the Kurdish people, because it achieves a kind of stability, and transforms life from nomadic to urban, in addition to achieving economic prosperity, and trade flourished in the Kurdish countries, and many Kurds worked in trade, and they traded in spices, incense, horses, and donkeys They had trade relations with India and other countries.
