Abstract

The purpose of this Study is to identify the impact of the conflict and power shifts between the United States of America and the People's Republic of China and its repercussions on the global system after its transition to unipolarity until 2022. To achieve this purpose, the Study began reviewing the relations between them, divided into three stages.
First: From the establishment of the People's Republic of China until the end of the bipolar system (1945-1991),
Second: (The emergence of the new global system 1992-2016)
Third: (The stage of progress of the conflict 2017-2021).
Then, I examined the power shifts between them through their economic, political and military indicators in order to find out the extent of the impact of this transformation and the conflict between them on the form of the global system.  In its last chapter, the Studyanswereditsquestions and showed its findings. In its conclusion, the Study developed (4) possible scenarios based on the Study's findings، The approach of analyzing global systems is also used in the Study to present and discuss the nature of global interactions between the United States of America and the People's Republic of China within the behaviors of major countries in cooperation and conflict.
The decision-making approach is also used to Study the nature of decisions issued by the countries under Study to explain how decision-makinganditsoutcomesarewithinconflictiveand cooperative behaviors that affect the global system
The thesis posed the following main question: What are the indicators of power shifts in the conflict between the United States and the People's Republic of China as an global variable and how much does it reflect on the global system? And the following sub-question:
