The study of the financial and commercial side in the country of Mogul Alqabjaq is considered one of the highly important studies and a new one since it has not been hugely concerned over by the researchers despite its economic significance . The country of Alqabhaq was occupying a prominent position between Europe and Asia and it is located near Constantinople city that was considered most important center of commerce having a huge effect upon flourishing the trade in this geographic area of the world. Despite Moguls could invade cities with iron and fire , they could organize the trade and provide protection to commercial convoys with limited cases of killing the tradesmen as a reaction ( retaliation) to the killing of the Mogul subjects abroad. In respect to the financial policy , the rulers of this city were characterized with aggressiveness in collecting taxes from the rich and the poor altogether and imposing on the youngest and the oldest one as to keep the city affairs on . The Moguls got separated from the Al-Elikhaniyah state , Iraq's rulers and Persia overthrew Abbasid Caliphate, in addition to aggressiveness in gathering goods and livestock.
