The Role Of Mass Communication In The Management Of Crises And Disasters Sociological Study In Upper Egypt

The subject of the study :The importance of studying crises and disasters in Upper Egypt, finding out The relation between media and crises management by applying to the example of the disaster of torrents in the governorates of Upper Egypt and take a scientific position towards it doesn’t only come the importance of understanding the role of the governmental and media organizations in previewing events and controlling the disaster transparently, it also comes from the importance of participating in creating a sound real and research situation to explain the forms of media and how they actually deal with the crises and disasters. That resulted from the fact that media has a very great importance in confronting, confronting, controlling and solving crises. As a matter of fact, we can't do without its broad and silent influence in this field. These studies suffered from a great negligence in the research history before the appearance of sociological researchers. Thus, this study tries to clarify and observe the role of media in crises and disaster's management. It also tries to find answers to the following questions asked by the study in a sound field and academic way.
