Abstract

The present research aims to identify the "structural changes and their effects in creating work values ​​within medical organizations that reflect the vision and mission of these organizations, and provide citizens with integrated medical care in light of the deteriorating health conditions related to the research community. The current research is based on some of the findings of theories of System, social role, and modernization. They view the structural changes and work values ​​created within medical organizations as a format that should take into account the support of the following dimensions: administrators, doctors, nurses, patients, and labor relations between the sub-systems of the organization (members of the organization) on the one hand, and between it and patients. And their relatives on the other, organizational, technical and physical resources in the medical field. It is the nature of these relationships that determines the stability, survival and modernization of the format. The interview guide was used on a sample of administrative leaders, doctors and patients in the research community consisting of 360 members, consisting of: 30 managers and heads of departments, 30 doctors from various medical specialties, 300 patients from the university hospital in the period From 1 April 2019 until 12 May 2019, they were selected in a simple random manner, in various medical departments.
The current research has come up with several results, most notably:

The structural changes of the medical organizations in the research community contributed to the creation of values ​​that keep pace with the latest developments, the most prominent of these values: values ​​of discipline, commitment and accuracy, values ​​of integrity, transparency and justice, values ​​of social, professional and moral responsibility, values ​​of cooperation, care and attention, values ​​of technology And modernity and innovation.
Modern techniques and modern management systems that rely on competence and professional skill in various medical and administrative disciplines have helped in determining levels of authority, and the distribution of roles accurately to each member of the organization.
The most important characteristic of medical organizations in the research community: providing advice and guidance, diagnosis accurately, efficiency, sincerity and dedication to work, treating everyone equally and fairly, severe system in all procedures and transactions, in addition to accuracy and commitment in the work. Among the most important obstacles that faced the medical organizations in the research community is poor financial support, and the increasing number of patients;
One of the most prominent proposals for the advancement of medical organizations is the contribution of the State, civil society organizations and institutions of material, technical and technical support through a partnership based on scientific and professional exchanges between different sectors of society.
