The study of Noman Abdul Razzaq al-Samarrai and his political activity (1948-1961). Al-Samarrai is a man of politics and thought in contemporary Iraq, where he emerged through his political activities and writings. He was chosen to head the Islamic Party for his skills in throwing and enthusiasm for Islamic work. But the establishment of the party faced the rejection of the ruling authority, and moved Samurai to address it through his memoirs and statements. One of his memoirs led to a prison sentence and despite his refusal to offer his support to his colleagues and colleagues financially for the establishment of an association, we finally note his work through a secret society or other names after the decision to dissolve the party was issued.
