Abstract

This paper which is based on the ancient sources, other historical bibliography deal with the Royal Diwan (Hamayoni), with its member and its jobs, as well as it will clarify its development. It will apply for different types of other state diwans (dawawin), ceremonies belongs to each of them, and how this reflected in the Turkish miniature painting (10 AH/16AD)
