It is obvious that overriding the international law is a very serious matter , but it is more dangerous to violate the law by states , which is represent the highest level of humiliation to the whole human race .
Genocide is one of these crimes , which is no less hazard crime tuan any other crimes against humanity. It might be regarded more serious than all crimes allover the history of mankind , because of its destruction level , and because its misuse aimel to eliminate human race , but rather destroy the dignity and emotional system which may be regarded worse than killing in physical .
