Work stress and psychological stress and their relation with job satisfaction for administrative employers and secretaries in Kuwait

Abstract

The study aimed to explore the relation between work stress and psychological stress and job satisfaction , determine the differences between high and low work stress and psychological stress and job satisfaction ,and determine the differences between the experience for  administrative employers and secretaries  less than five years and more than five years . the sample consisted of (42) administrative employers and secretaries in Kuwait . the study used some tools : work stress scale, psychological stress scale, job satisfaction scale . and it used statistical methods : correlation , t. test .                                                                                              
The results revealed that :
1- there are negative correlation between  work stress and job satisfaction.
2-  there are negative correlation between  psychological stress and job satisfaction.
3- there are a significant differences between high and low work stress in job satisfaction for low work stress.
4- there are a significant differences between high and low psychological stress in job satisfaction for low psychological stress.

5-there are a significant differences between the experience for  administrative employers and secretaries  less than five years and more than five years for more than five years.
