This study aims to recognize to traces of revenge phenomenon in Libyan society with suggestions and solutions about and taking revenge phenomenon threats the community generally and world reports indicated to over murder by purpose and killing by revenge by motivation under social factures about traditions, social values, Security case as effective incentives of revenge phenomenon with explanation of revenge phenomenon about works of De Tolilo about correlation of natural readiness of individual in to social environment and revenge phenomenon stability and its continuity and nature of community and merger among peoples types assists in this phenomenon and revenge culture and tribal type within social structure under Durkhim saying as incentive beyond its continuity which touch the individual and the community with assurance on role of security foundations at this respect.
