Abstract

With the aim of helping specialists, practitioners, and researchers in the affairs of combating terrorism and crime prevention, to understand the circumstances, circumstances, and motives that push people towards delinquency and committing crimes, and terrorist crimes, as well as helping them understand the methods and mechanisms of response and confrontation, through understanding the provisions contained in international conventions and instruments. drafting new legislation and legal texts in accordance with international commitments and covenants, and strengthening community cooperation in the field of combating terrorism and crime prevention We seek to formulate and establish a number of preventive empowerment mechanisms in criminal matters to combat terrorism. For specialists to benefit effectively and quickly from community cooperation measures in the areas of community protection from the threat of terrorism and criminal offences, such as helping to understand the causes and motives of the phenomenon and criminal act, areas of exchange and legal assistance, and to provide them with practical advice on the issues that may stand in their way and what stands before them. Among the obstacles, perhaps foremost among them is the lack of understanding of the nature of crime and terrorist act.
