Abstract

The Maliki School of jurisprudence singlehandedly blogged a special research concerning issues of comprehensive. The idea started by the Imam of Maliki School and developed over the course by authors in the School. Sheikh/ Khalil is one of the most important authors in the School and his jurisprudential abstract represents a sign of transformation in the course of al-Maliki jurisprudence, and has a great reputation among the late.
The study of jurisprudential abstract of Sheikh/ Khalil concerning issues of comprehensive is required in order to include verbal issues within the core of philosophical studies. The Abstract was entitled “The Verbal Opinions of Sheikh/ Khalil bin Ishaq Al-Jundi (776), in terms of Presentation and Analysis”. The issue was dealt with according to the descriptive analytical method, by focusing on belief issues, and analyzing its position and relation to attitudes of belief of the Sunnis.
The Abstract explained reasons of choosing the thesis, research problem, its questions, objectives, and previous studies.
One of the most prominent results of this Abstract
1- Sheikh/ Khalil’s belief is Ash'ari belief attributed to the Hadith School, not Ash'ari attributed to the philosophical movement.
2 - The comprehensive book idea including issues in theorizing and behavior after blogging in branches issues is an idea specific to Maliki School.
