The effectiveness of the language partner in speaking and listening in order to teach Arabic as a second language, a suggested application.

Abstract

This scientific paper chose to consider the issue of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers through both conversation and listening.This thing must be achieved by cognitive consideration of the conversation technoloy, whether in terms of its rooting art of communication in Arab culture, or in terms of discovering its effectiveness to facilitate the difficulty of speaking Arabic by non-native.This, not to mention the clear  acceptance of digital means investment to achieve the conversation, supporting its progress, and protect it from everything that may deviate it from its goal  "educational communication”.For this purpose, the lecture will propose the mechanism of the “eloquent councill” as a way to motivate the linguistic partner to immerse in the Arabic language as tongue and culture, and to make speaking it orally a door that leads to learn its reading and writing.
