Abstract

The strategies of external communication practiced by non-profit organizations vary, most notably the use of meetings, seminars and social media. Non-profit organizations face a number of obstacles in external communication, and one of the most prominent obstacles is the lack of good planning for the external communication process according to the needs and desires of stakeholders, and it was suggested to develop external communication to develop a plan An existing executive according to a SWOT analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges facing the organization, in light of the stakeholders' needs, and periodically reviewing and evaluating the communication strategy according to the proposed plan.
