Dictionaries of idioms between reality and hope Search for the requirements of obtaining a master's degree in Arabic

This research belongs to the applied linguistics. It deals with some types of Arabic dictionaries, which are the dictionaries of idioms, which monitor their reality and provide some solutions that assist in the development of the lexicon industry by using the Computational Lexicography and Corpus Linguistics.

In order to achieve this, the researcher defines the idiomatic expression and contextual expression, provides an overview of their characteristics, and presents a number of dictionaries of idioms, revealing the nature of the Lexicography at the level of the two major : Macrostructure and Microstructure then proposing to use this type of dictionaries in Teaching Arabic Language by applied to a model of the Arabic language curriculum, It then presents a proposed methodology for building a computer dictionary for idioms and contextual expressions based on a modern Arabic computer Corpus, in the hope that this approach will be used in many scientific experiments in the lexicographic field in accordance with the objectives of each study.
