The research consists of a preface, three sections, a conclusion, and indexes.
The Preface discusses the definition of Human Rights.
The first topic discusses the history of human rights.
The second topic discusses foundations of human rights in Islam and in the West.
And the third topic discusses a comparison between human rights in Islam and in the West.
The Conclusion contains the most important results, recommendations, and indexes. Among the most prominent results:
- That the Islamic religion was the first to lay the foundations and rules for human rights.
- The Islamic Sharia came with teachings and provisions that guarantee all the rights and freedoms that every person deserves just because he is a human being.
- Foundations for human rights in Islam preceded and pioneered all international rights by fourteen centuries.
- Human rights in culture are based on power, authority and influence without any regard for the belief, culture, values and civilization of other peoples.
