Employment policy between the outputs of vocational education and the labor market in Iraq, the path and the outcome

Abstract

Most studies and researchs are focused on unemployment and education in general, without shedding light on vocational education and its social and economic problem, which is reflected in the suffering of student of vocational education from the inferior social look ok them with low spending On their education on they other hand, the opportunities for the integration of vocational education in the labor market according to global changes became subject to standards of qualification efficiency and quality. However, in light of the lack of employment policies and non-coordination with the education system and training institutions.
This increase unemployment rates for the graduates of vocational education. Therefore, the aim of the research is to identify the reality of un employment policies and their suitability for the outcomes of vocational education, and their ability to provide decent job. And to identify the capacity of education and vocational training programs to integrate graduates into the labor market.
