This study aims to identify the concept of Covid-19 pandemic, and the study also deals with the bibliometric analysis of the characteristics of articles published on COVID-19 in library studies and information science (31 periodicals with a high impact factor) during the time period from December 2019 to July 2021.The study reached several conclusions, including:The majority of the authors contributing to the writing of articles published on Covid-19 in periodicals, the study sample came from the North American continent with a percentage of 53.4%, followed by Europe with 25.5%, and followed by Asia with 17.3%.
