The 1967 war and its impact on Jordanian society. Undoubtedly, the third Arab-Israeli war in 1967 was catastrophic against Jordan and the Arab countries that participated in the war (Egypt and Syria). Jordan has lost an immense and precious part of its territory, besides the total annihilation of its armed forces. This study consists of three axis: The first deals with the Arab situation before the outbreak of war. The second axis examines the causes and consequences of the war; the third axis was the battle of Karama and the Fedayeen (commandos) in Jordan, and the direct and indirect impact of war on the Jordanian society.
