Abstract

The current research focused on highlighting these important aspects in the law of the King's Law (Urnaamo) and the laws that resulted in achieving the economic stability of the state and its success in various aspects of life and meeting the needs of the people of the society and improving their living conditions. The study also examined the social developments of daily life and civil society as well as the role of slaves and slaves. The research included two kinds. The first kind included the date of the founding of the third Ur dynasty in the light of the rule of the king (Urnaamo) with reference to the literature of the law and the legislations carried out in various aspects of the life of the state. The second section included the study of the economy in the laws of the king (Urnaamo), which dealt with important aspects of civilization that contributed to the development and recovery of the economy, namely the agricultural, commercial, community and civil aspects. And then include the most important conclusions that came out of this research, a list of  sources and references to which the researcher addressed.
