Iraq has witnessed the bloodiest conflicts in its long history . these conflicts have been accompanied by acts of murder bloodshed, displacement, burning of cities , destruction of crops, destruction of economic structures and social imbalances . widows have proliferated and the number of orphans has increased . this has led us to say that cruelty has become a trait of Iraqi behavior . it is necessary to discuss the reasons that led to the spread of violence in Iraqi society over its long history. Iraq has been continues to enjoy an important geographical location which is the land where different civilizations meet and which is the link between different societies the researcher will address the antiquity historical and chronological attempt from ancient Iraq to the emergence of the phenomenon of violence after 2003
