Abstract

The study deals with the framework of the treatment of local political news in the Kuwaiti E-newspapers and their mechanisms and the press arts used in presenting the news.
The study deals also with several objectives, the most important of which, is the study of the extent to which the public has benefited from the information presented by the Kuwaiti e-newspapers, and the reasons why they did not benefit from dealing with the local political issues. The most important of which were the absence of professional political journalist, in addition to access to the most important problems dealing with these newspapers for local political issues, and the public's suggestions for development, the most prominent of which was the promotion of awareness of political issues and the use of expertise and Laders.
The study uses the media survey methodology, the use of content analysis tools and the questionnaire for data collection.

The importance of the study is to evaluate the way local political issues are dealt with in the media.
