Abstract

This research aims at studying a type of disagreement among authors in the parsing of Quran, i.e., their disagreement in determining the type of adverb in some positions of the Holy Quran to know the relevance of this disagreement in meaning and its effect and to clarify the applicability of the rule “Dependence on foundation has priority than confirmation”, being the considered rules of giving preference among the parsing aspects in the Holy Quran.
The research consists of an introduction, a preamble, disagreement aspects in adverb between foundation and confirmation in the Holy Quran in terms of a presentation and a discussion, a conclusion, and an index of resources and references.
The preamble presents two matters closely related to the research material; the first matter is “Aspects related to foundation and confirmation and clarifying their purpose” and the second matter is the disagreement in that the adverb is confirmed with grammar scholars. The preamble, then, is followed by a study of the adverb positions between the foundation and confirmation in the Holy Quran, which were sixteen positions. The conclusion presented the most prominent results.
