Introduction:
The city of Sipar is one of the cities that enjoyed great political importance in the history of Mesopotamia, as it is one of the five cities that ruled before the Flood. As it mentioned in the lists of the Sumerian kings : " In sippar that ruled (me-dur-an-ki) 21,000 years One also,then that sippar left and the rule passed to shurupak (šuruppak).
Due to the importance that this city enjoyed, we decided to talk about it in this paper.
