Abstract

This study deals with the image of the disease in the Arabic poem through the poem of "Al-Sareer” for the Arabic poet "Amal Danqal", clarifying the compositional dimensions of this poem, the effects of the linguistic analytical levels in revealing the poetic vision, and the techniques of the stylistic formation of the semantic dimensions of the disease, and its effect in forming the poetic sentence in this poem.
Repetition has emerged as one of the stylistic tools and expressive mechanisms that have emerged at all levels: Sound and morphology, synthetical, and semantical to reveal the components of the poetic text, and to show the intensity of contradictory feelings in the ritual lines of the poem of "Al-Sareer” , and to assemble them into a single text focus linked to deep psychological implications in which the poet has employed her expressive potentials; to make the recipient question the hidden struggle within the poets own self regarding life and death.
