This research seeks to uncover the descriptive trend in the Book of the Councils of Fox, by looking at the method followed by the author when he raised questions of grammar and syntax, and note the linguistic trends in the book, and the impact of the Kufa school in those trends that have emerged, The words of the author, in addition to the statement that Thalba and the Kosovars in general were walking on many of the origins of what is known today descriptive approach; the fact that the lesson in that period saw that the Arab studies in many of the chapters on the description, beginning to extrapolate the linguistic material from its sources Original "السماع - المشافهة" And then devise the rules of total and partial ones.
