Abstract

The research concerned with deriving jurisprudential rules from the book Badayea Al-Sanayea in the chapter on prayer, to be an important and useful attempt for specialists in the field of jurisprudential rules. The research significance is that knowing the regulations related to prayer is one of the important necessities for setting up the interests of religion and the worldly life. Despite the importance of this book, the studies related to extracting jurisprudential rules, especially in the chapter on prayer, have not dedicated enough despite the importance of prayer and the importance of studying its rulings, as it is the basis of religion. Inductive deductive analytical method has been relied upon to extract the most significant jurisprudential rules that are reported in the Badayea Al-Sanayea in the chapter on prayer. It has been evident through the results of the research that the influence of Imam Al-Kasani, who was called "the king of scholars" in serving the science of grammar, as he mentioned many jurisprudential rules that can be used in the chapter of prayer, and that he also influenced the interests of his successor in the field of jurisprudential rules and studying their essentials, significance, sources and argumentativeness. And that Al-Kasani relied on many of the jurisprudential rules in the chapter on prayer and other chapters in explaining the Sharia ruling, which confirms that these rules are considered significant evidence, particularly if he found what would support them by the Sharia texts that indicates the ruling on the certain issue and its validity.
