1-Charitable work in Islam is manifested in the care of the individual, the family and the community, and seeks to improve the living conditions in the trials and tribulations, which leads to the creation of a cohesive and interdependent society that feels responsible and contributes to the reconstruction of the land and the balance of interests and relations with preserving the constants of the true religion.
2 -The need to create humanitarian organizations, bodies and humanitarian institutions in the contemporary era, for the suffering of the peoples of today's poverty and destitution, in addition to emergency situations of wars and accidents, and natural disasters that have afflicted the slave and the country, causing serious damage to money,
