Abstract

Freedom is one of the elements of life and a feature of democratic and civilized societies, regardless of the nature and the different bases and foundations that stem from it, because human nature requires that people be free in their opinions and intellectual and mental aspirations without obstacles, as long as individuals take responsibility for their actions and their development without harming and disturbing others. Tocqueville says In this regard, one of the poles of liberalism in the nineteenth century said that the meaning of freedom is that the human being, as long as he is created sane, can manage the behavior, then he has the right to live freely and organize his life.
