This research sought to monitor the theoretical models and practical applications of Total Quality in higher education which represents a theoretical study based on study and searching in the sociological heritage in the field of total quality, as it used the descriptive approach to manifest the concepts of total quality and its importance in higher education and the set of criteria that evaluate its application in the educational institutions. This would be after showing the requirements of the practical application of total quality supported by some actual experiences of practical applications of total quality in higher education in some societies.
