They called these books as "abrogating and abrogated of the hadiths". They included Imam Ahmad, Ibn al-Athram, Ibn Shahin, Hazmi, Ibn al-Jawzi and others. And on the other hand they take care to collect these traditions without criticizing it and without statement authenticity of hadiths from its weak. And they did not apply the fundamental rules and provisions for raising the discrepancy between the texts, and they left for the specialists distinguish and investigate the validity of the abrogation or not.
There is no doubt that these books and traditions in which, it was said by abrogated, need to be studied deeply in terms of traditional and jurisprudence and fundamentalism .. until we get to the fact of abrogation or not ...Because the saying that abrogation is present of any hadeeths of the Prophet Muhammad has a significant impact on the difference of scholars in most of the jurisprudential issues Therefore, it is necessary to look again for all that our esteemed scientists under both names (different hadiths (traditions) and abrogating and abrogated of the hadiths) comprehensive scientific study
