Abstract

Is determined by the importance of this study is to stand on the availability of organizational loyalty to the industrial workers manufacturer of ready-made garments (the Swiss company Mnsjuat cotton) in Beni- Suef, and the vulnerability of their loyalty to some demographic variables, because of organizational loyalty of an important role in optimizing the industrial output, and a sense of workers satisfied with the work, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of workers, and also reduces absenteeism and turnover labor problems. The main problem of the current study, in an attempt to answer the following questions:
1. What are the organizational loyalty to the industrial workers garment factory in BeniSuef degree?
2. What are the organizational loyalty of workers for each of the working group, management, and factory degree in general?

3. Is there a relationship between the degree of organizational loyalty among industrial workers garment factory in BeniSuef and variables: age, gender, educational status, social status, income, and length of service or seniority, and job rank?
