Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the perception of civil society institutions of the phenomenon of financial and administrative corruption and mechanisms of its reduction The importance of this comes at a time when Egypt and most of the Arab countries are experiencing the most serious stages of financial and administrative corruption affecting development rates And thus lower investment rates for the constant fear of patterns and forms of corruption that spread in Egyptian society .As well as the negative consequences that affect the values and ethics of citizens and their reflection on the low standard of living And hence on the almost zero production rates of the spread of the culture of bribery, corruption and nepotism.
The study relied on the application of 1315 questionnaires on civil society organizations to find their point of view in the mechanisms of combating different types of corruption and to know their strategies in preserving the society from the phenomenon of corruption
The characteristics of organizations vary according to their economic and social status The importance of the study is the need to combat all types of corruption and diagnose them to find out the most important tools and mechanisms that can limit the growth of this phenomenon to maintain the capacity of society and its potential both material and human.
The study used the descriptive approach as the most suitable methods for the subject of the study.
