Abstract

The study aims to identify the main reasons and motives behind the marriage before the legal age (child marriage), whether to the Egyptians or non-Egyptians , with a focus on the most important effects of this marriage and how to address it through community and legislative confrontation, as it represents a form of human trafficking and a  societal problem that threatens all segments of the society and represents a flagrant attack on the rights of women and society as a whole
