Abstract

The Title of the research obviously points out  to study the construction methods in Sharif Al Oqaili poems in both: requested and unrequested sentences .The study is based on two pillars inseparable from one another under any circumstances, first: grammar, regarding the definition of these methods , tools ,images, and provisions. The second one is : semantics , with respect to the meanings of these compositions, and the semantic purposes, as it gets out of its real meanings to show different meanings and purposes which governed by the context.

The study of the construction methods deemed to be in two sections: the first deals with the requested construction methods, like the interrogative, commands , prohibitions, call, wishful and esperance . The second is the unrequested construction methods. The research deals with oath and exclamation according to the poems of Sharif Al Oqaili. The research aims to emphasize the relevance of the relationship between grammar and  semantics. It also emphasizes that grammar is able to fathom and explore the poetic text, and that the poetic text expands to the rules of grammar, work in tandem with them and tune in wondrous format which is a matter of beauty, creativity and excitement.
