The development of the administration in Kuwait 1921 – 1963AD

The Emirate of Kuwait was established on the banks of the Arabian Gulf in the north western part of it, when the family of AlAtub the founder of emirate moved from the Hadar region in the central of Najd province to the zubarah area on the west coast of Qatar peninsula.
This family moved to the area of faw in southern Iraq. then she returned again to Al Sabiya, north of Kuwait, and finally she settled in Kuwait to establish the city of  Kuwait in 1613AD.

Since the stability of Al Atub in Kuwait, the administrative development began gradually; this development was completed after the independence of Kuwait 19 June 1961AD, especially after the issuance of the Kuwait constitution in November 1962 AD, which organized the relation  ship between the three authorities. The executive branch is represented by the government, the legislature is represented the elected national assembly, the Judiciary is represented by the Judiciary; the prince of Kuwait is responsible for the three authorities according to the articles of the constitution (51 – 52 – 53)
