This research discusses a rule of the Holy Koran, defamation; that is, accusing someone of adultery or fornication. The defamed person may be any chaste man or woman. The research handled the rules of defamation, whether those related to the defaming or the defamed. The defamed may be a wife by her husband. Koran stipulated mulana (oath of condemnation) on the married couple, and in this respect the research examined the juristic rules of oath of condemnation.
In relation to the indication of reasons of revelation and the occasion of the verses of defamation and slander to the preceding ones, and mentioned some rhetorical secrets in the holy verses, including the choice of expression, order of sentence, rhetoric, etc
