Area change in the uses of the municipality of Ghadeer

Abstract

The uses of land within cities are not fixed places, known as rigid borders or immobile forms; on the contrary, they are the functions of cities interacting and competing for the occupation of land and expand some and develop and shrink some of them and move each other to make room for other jobs. The use of land in the study area was subjected to a series of spatial changes due to several factors, foremost of which was the increase in population, economic factors and other planning factors, which affected their appearance and internal structure. In the study of the spatial change of the land uses in the study area, the researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical geographical approach through analyzing and using the graphic representation to present the topic from its different aspects and contributing to contain the problem of study and reduce its current and future effects.
