Abstract

we praise god, we welcome him, we seek his help, we forgive him, we entrust to god the evil of ourselves and the misdeeds of others, those who give him guidance and those who mislead him, those who mislead without guidance. The religion of Islam is the finest of messages and is blessed to its worshippers, since it is undoubtedly right to practice it in every time and place. This is also made possible by easy legislation, the prevention of corruption and the consideration of public interests over private ones, and by combining adherence to principles and values with realism and realism. However, when close study is made of new things to see whether they should be governed by Islam, it is fascinating to find that islamic scholars of old and modern times have written on many delicate and varied issues, and their work has helped them in measuring and applying the precision under which many issues may be found. These are some of the new developments of our time that have come to afflict us: the issues that are impossible, such as the use of sewage that has been purified and transformed into water that is fit for human use, or not, especially given the current scarcity of water and the urgent need of many nations for the recycling, treatment and use of water.
