The Social Responsibility of the University and its Role in Developing Human Capital : A field study on a Sample of the Staff Members of Damietta University

There is no doubt that human capital has a role and great importance in the development and prosperity of society, and pushing it towards comprehensive development, therefore society seeks in its various institutions and at the head of the university to develop and qualify this human resource, which for him is the true source of the knowledge society, and perhaps the university is one of the most important institutions The social organization that has the responsibility to develop and qualify it depends on a set of modern technological methods and methods that help it in this, especially that the weak capabilities and the emergence of many problems that They are provided according to the required specializations, which are mainly based on the needs of society in general and the labor market in particular.
On this basis, this study came to search for the social responsibility of the university as an official social body in the development and rehabilitation of human capital.
