Abstract

There is no doubt that human capital has a role and great importance in the development and prosperity of society, and pushing it towards comprehensive development, therefore society seeks in its various institutions and at the head of the university to develop and qualify this human resource, which for him is the true source of the knowledge society, and perhaps the university is one of the most important institutions The social organization that has the responsibility to develop and qualify it depends on a set of modern technological methods and methods that help it in this, especially that the weak capabilities and the emergence of many problems that They are provided according to the required specializations, which are mainly based on the needs of society in general and the labor market in particular.
On this basis, this study came to search for the social responsibility of the university as an official social body in the development and rehabilitation of human capital. (20) A researcher from the faculty members at Damietta University, the results of the field study revealed many results, including the existence of many challenges that led to the growth and emergence of social responsibility for the university Towards its human capital, and at the forefront of these challenges comes technical development and successive changes in the field of technology and modern scientific research mechanisms and their impact on community development, as the results of the field study revealed the importance of financial and administrative support to faculty members and the elimination of bureaucracy and routine in order to devote themselves to the exercise of their academic roles and the development of their skills Personality and science, with standardized controls for evaluating their performance, and linking curricula to cognitive and technological development.
