Abstract

This research deals with the models in the Juristic Rules relating to praying, apostasy and banditry and that the definitions of these limits and the sayings of scholars where and how to repent of these limits has four schools of Hanafy, Malekky and Shafei and Hanbali.
The research deals with as well as models from other limits such as theft, drinking alcohol round the way these doctrines as well.
