Abstract

The quality of life has imposed its subjects on contemporary population and Settlement studies as they reach directly to the core of the population and Settlement issues. Therefore, the definitions of quality of life varied in terms of approach and purpose, and their study was of great importance due to its strong relationship with development
The study examined one of the Towns of the Egyptian delta as a model for Rural adminstrator in the Tukh Town in Qalyoubia Governorate. The study aims at developing the spatial factors through the objective criteria to measure the quality of life in it. , Arranged according to their quality.
The study concerned the urban aspect of the city as it represents the largest proportion of total uses.
There were many aspects of addressing the urban environment in the Tukh Town due to the multiplicity of elements of addressing the size of population and block residential, while the population, the target group studied in terms of density and per capita green space and residential use, Housing, and secondly housing services represented in drinking water, electricity and sanitation.
The study revealed that the Tukh Town can be divided into five different neighborhoods with varying degrees of quality of life due to the different characteristics of urban life. Accordingly, the Sheikhs were ranked according to priority in development through the relative weight of each population. The recommendations included increasing green spaces, Some of the buildings of the shrines of low weight.
