Diplomacy is the main tool in the foreign policy of countries, to translate their interests and goals within the framework of their relations with other countries. In today's world, diplomacy has become more important than ever before, as a result of the overlapping of interests and common issues between states on the one hand, and globalization and technological development on the other hand, which have contributed to the entry of other non-state actors into the theater of international relations in a way that made the average citizen aware of everything It is taking place in the international arena and in various issues.
