Abstract

Lobby groups and interests  are among the most important informal institutions that play an influential role in the political decision-making process of the state regardless of the nature of the prevailing political systems ,  according to being reflect specific demands and interests on a high degree of specialization, and thus deliberately in the context of its relationship to public policy to contribute to the manufacturing process.
And highlights the influential role of lobby groups and interests in the process of foreign policy-making in the United States of America by influencing the executive and legislative branches. These groups seek to influence the external decision-making process to push towards adopting certain policies that are in line with their interests, as well as to abandon some external policies or attitudes that may adversely affect the interests of these groups.
