This research has studied the administrative AL-Maarif in the royal era 1921-1958. It is divided into three sections according to social, economic and political developments for each period. The first section dealt with administrative formations during the Mandate period (1921-1932). The second section dealt with administrative formations from the beginning of the independence period of 1932 until the end of the Second World War, 1945. The third section dealt with administrative formations at the end of the Second World War 1945 until the revolution of 14 July 1958.
