E-learning is an authentic education system that many countries recognized and worked with before the Corona pandemic. It enhanced the technological capabilities of the teacher, and his knowledge of modern communication systems and programs, broadened the students’ perceptions, enabled them to be technologically open, increased knowledge of techniques, and used the Internet and others in research and development.
And it was a great challenge for educational institutions in all countries of the world because they contained the crisis, and harnessed the maximum energy of their capabilities to employ it in the service of the electronic system of education, and of course many encountered great difficulties that exceeded the capabilities of countries in communication systems and software, but they are considered to have overcome even a small amount of the crisis.
Therefore, the reality of e-learning should be shed light on the reality of e-learning and its authenticity. Accordingly, the research was based on topics after the introduction that included the first: the concept of e-learning, the second: its Arab and global origins, and the third: its Arab and global authenticity, And the fourth topic: rhetoric and e-learning..
