هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس الى التعرف على التحديات المصاحبة لجائحة كورونا وعلاقتها بأشكال ورمزية العنف المستجدة في المجتمع الأردني. اعتمدت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وتم استخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة المكونة من (2483) مبحوث والذينتم اختيارهم من أحد الزوجين في الأسر في محافظة الكرك.
أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية بين المستوى الكلي "للتحديات المصاحبة لجائحة كورونا في المجتمع الأردني" و " أشكال العنف الرمزي المستجدة المصاحبة لجائحة كورونا في المجالات المتعلقة بـ "التقليل من المكانة، والاستفادة من قدرات الآخرين، والاستلاب النفسي"، وأظهرت النتائج أن المستوى العام للتحديات المصاحبة لجائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الزوجين في الاسرة الاردنية جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، بمتوسط حسابي (3.950)، وبينت النتائج أن المستوى العام لأشكال العنف الرمزي المستجدة المصاحبة لجائحة كورونا في المجتمع الأردني وفقاً لإجابات عينة الدراسة قد جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، بمتوسط حسابي عام (3.862)، أما على مستوى المجالات فقد حقق مجال التقليل من المكانة الترتيب الأول من حيث الأهمية النسبية بمتوسط حسابي (3.981) وبمستوى مرتفع، وفي الترتيب الثاني مجال الاستفادة من قدرات الاخرين، بمتوسط حسابي (4.897) وبمستوى مرتفع، وفي الترتيب الثالث مجال الاستلاب النفسي بمتوسط حسابي (3.708) وبمستوى مرتفع.
وأوصت الدراسة بناءً على نتائجها بضرورة اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتوفير الحماية والأمان للنساء والأطفال الذين يواجهون خطر العُنف في ظل الظروف الصعبة مثل ضمان محاكمة مرتكبي العُنف وضمان توفير مراكز إيواء آمنة للمُعنَفين ومعالجتهم.

\The study mainly aimed to identify the challenges associated with the Corona pandemic and its relationship to the emerging forms and symbolism of violence in Jordanian society. To achieve its objectives, the study relied on the analytical descriptive approach using the sample social survey method. The questionnaire tool was used to collect data from the study sample consisting of (2483) respondents who were chosen from one of the spouses in families in Karak Governorate.
The results showed that there is a direct relationship between the overall level of "challenges associated with the Corona pandemic in Jordanian society" and "emerging forms of symbolic violence associated with the Corona pandemic in areas related to" underestimating status, benefiting from the capabilities of others, and psychological alienation. "The results showed that the general level of challenges The accompanying Corona pandemic from the point of view of the spouses in the Jordanian family came at a high level, with an arithmetic mean of (3.950). As for the domains, the domain of decreasing prestige achieved the first rank in terms of relative importance, with an arithmetic average of (3.981) and a high level, and in the second rank, the field of benefiting from the capabilities of others, with an arithmetic average of (4.897) and a high level, and in the third rank, the field of psychological alienation with an arithmetic mean. (3.708), at a high level.
The study recommended, based on its results, the need to take the necessary measures to provide protection and safety for women and children who face the risk of violence in light of difficult circumstances, such as ensuring that perpetrators of violence are prosecuted and ensuring the provision of safe shelters and treatment for the abused.
