The current study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the two variables of the study, perceived self-efficacy, and leadership skills among students of the King Abdullah Air Defense College in the light of the Kingdom’s vision 2030. To achieve this goal, the perceived self-efficacy scale and the leadership skills scale were used. Students of King Abdullah Air Defense College, and the results showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the perceived self-efficacy and leadership skills of the study sample, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the average perceived self-efficacy degrees due to the academic department variable (preparatory - intermediate - final) in favor of the two intermediate sections. and the final, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the average leadership skills due to the variable of the academic department (preparatory - intermediate - final) in favor of the intermediate and final sections. And new guidance and seeking to activate students' self-efficacy as well as leadership skills from communication skills, time management, and solving problems, and teamwork, which contributes to achieving the Kingdom’s vision efficiently and effectively.
