The study aimed to highlight the visual media and its impact on young people of Egypt, and Television is one of the most important visual media in modern times because of its ability to deliver news and events to young people, and its role in shaping the consciousness of my knowledge of current events political, economic, social and cultural rights. This was a study attempted to shed light on the impact of visual media on cultural development. The study also noted the role of the media in connecting Alchaababd issues of their community and the formation of values and concepts of youth.
